Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, and Rhys
James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PRESTIGE HOME IMPROVEMENTS LIMITED by the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on 29 October 2009.
We fix 27 November 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
