Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
UNITED EARTHMOVERS LIMITED ("the company") was placed into liquidation by special resolution of the shareholders on 15 June 2009 at 2.00pm.
Stephen Charles Grey, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as liquidator of the company.
On 23 October 2009 at 5.00pm, Stephen Charles Grey resigned in favour of John Trevor Whittfield and Peri Micaela Finnigan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, who are jointly and severally appointed as replacement liquidators of the above-named company.
