Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
At Auckland on 22 October 2009, it was resolved by the shareholders of the company that Clive Robert Bish, chartered accountant, of KDB Chartered Accountants Limited, Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company with immediate effect.
