Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 11 December 2008, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that ULTRA HOMES LIMITED be liquidated and that Lincoln Sharp, chartered accountant of Pukekohe, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 11 December 2008.
