Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Lloyd James Hayward, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TRUTH PUBLICATIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) on
21 October 2009 at 2.30pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of TRUTH PUBLICATIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) fix
23 November 2009, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and
to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
