Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 25 September 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that MOKAUITI FARMS LIMITED be liquidated and that Robert Alexander Kidd, chartered accountant of Te Kuiti, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 22 October 2009.
