Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Aaron James Ivan Armstrong was appointed liquidator of the above-named company, pursuant to a special resolution of shareholders entered into the company's minute book, under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on

The liquidator fixes 1 December 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
