Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 20 October 2009, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PET CARE SPECIALISTS NEW ZEALAND LIMITED be liquidated and that Roderick T. McKenzie and Lyn
M. Carey, of McKenzie & Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 20 October 2009 at 4.00pm.
The liquidators have fixed 28 November 2009, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared may be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
