Notice is hereby given that on 16 October 2009 at 10.58am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Mark Lawrence and Anthony John McCullagh,
of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of MADHVI DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Auckland.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 23 November 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
