Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), Glen Allan Stapley was appointed liquidator of ALLIN LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on Tuesday, 20 October 2009 at 10.00am.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Act, the liquidator intends to dispense with the meeting of creditors.
Should any creditor object to dispensing with the creditors’ meeting, they are required to notify the liquidators within
10 working days of the date of publication of this notice.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidator fixes 20 November 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
