Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SWAN WORKFORCE PTY LTD (in liquidation) by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 December 2008 at 10.31am.
We fix 12 March 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
