Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
David Blanchett, chartered accountant of Hamilton, and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ADVANCE ENTERPRISES LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 19 October 2009 at 11.08am.
We fix 1 December 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
