Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 15 October 2009 at 3.00pm,
a special resolution was passed by the shareholders stating that the company be placed into liquidation, pursuant
to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Daran Nair, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed as liquidator.
