Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

On 14 October 2009 at 1.15pm, it was resolved by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that GRANTLEA FARMS LIMITED be liquidated and that Stephen Kim Bennett and Timothy John Hoyle, of Steve Bennett Associates, Chartered Accountants, Whangarei, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also hereby given that the liquidators fix
13 November 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
