Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(c)
of the Companies Act 1993, Timothy Wilson Downes
and Gregory John Sherriff, insolvency specialists of Grant Thornton Auckland Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of ZHAO & DAI LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 16 October 2009 at 10.10am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix
18 December 2009, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
