Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On 19 October 2009, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that MATAPIHI DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Bruce Donald Gemmell and Andrew John Hawkes, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 19 October 2009 at 9.00am.
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the joint and several liquidators of the above-named company which is being liquidated, do hereby fix 3 November 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to
be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made
before claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
