Notice is hereby given that on 9 October 2009, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant
to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that
non-trading company PACIFIC TIGER ENERGY
(NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED be liquidated and that David James Mathieson, chartered accountant of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 9 October 2009 at 11.00am, and is part of a parent company restructuring.
