Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on 7 October 2009 at 10.30am, Alastair Gordon Gustafson, accountant of Wellington,
was appointed as liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to a special resolution entered into the company’s minute book.
The liquidation commenced on 7 October 2009.
