Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Derek Ah Sam and Paul Vlasic, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of OASIS PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) on 9 October 2009 at 11.18am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice is given that the liquidators of OASIS PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) fix 30 October 2009, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
