Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 7 October 2009 at 10.00am, it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders that the above-named company be placed into liquidation pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Stephen Charles Grey, of Chester Grey Chartered Accountants Limited, was appointed as liquidator.
Notice is given to creditors to make any claims by Friday,
6 November 2009 and to establish any priority their claim may have in the company.
