Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 6 October 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that THE UDDER SIDE LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher John Clark, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 6 October 2009.
