Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
David Murray Blanchett, chartered accountant of Hamilton, and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of the companies by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 October 2009 at the times stated below:
- CLASSIC YACHT RESTORATION (WATER WITCH) LIMITED (in liquidation) at 9.20am.
- NZL BUREAU (WELLINGTON) LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 9.21am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 30 November 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
