Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 11 August 2009 at 6.00pm, it was resolved by resolution
of the shareholders that the above-named company be placed into liquidation pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993.
Steven Paul Cammish, of BDO Spicers Auckland, Chartered Accountants, was appointed as liquidator.
This appointment was formally accepted on 7 October 2009.
