Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BASEBUILD SYSTEMS LIMITED by the High Court at Dunedin, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on 26 January 2009 at 10.21am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that as liquidators of BASEBUILD SYSTEMS LIMITED, we fix 26 February 2009, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
