Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on 2 October 2009 at 3.30pm, appointed John Maurice Leonard, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the company.
The directors have certified, pursuant to section 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company would, on the appointment of liquidators, pay its debts.
The undersigned does hereby fix 20 October 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their claims and to establish any title they may have
to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
