Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Patricia Best, accountant of Griffin Accountants Limited, was appointed liquidator
of COOKE PASTORAL LIMITED (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on 30 September 2009 at 5.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes
30 October 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
