Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Subsequent to the director of the company filing a resolution at the Companies Office, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), stating that on appointment of a liquidator the company would be able to pay its debts, Barrie Mackechnie Brown, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as the liquidator of the company by special resolution of the shareholders on 30 September 2009 at 10.45am, the date and time the liquidation commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidator of the company, I fix
22 October 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
