Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 10 December 2008 at 11.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BUSINESS
& ACCOUNTING SERVICES LIMITED be liquidated and that Peter Glenn Nightingale, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 10 December 2008.
