Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
David Blanchett, chartered accountant of Hamilton, and Vivian Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WAVELINE PACIFIC LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 September 2009 at 10.51am.
We fix 20 November 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
