Notice of Reinstatement of Company and Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
REVO INDUSTRIES LIMITED (previously in liquidation and struck off) was reinstated to the Companies Register on 16 September 2009, pursuant to section 389 of the Companies Act 1993, by order of the High Court.
Jeffrey Phillip Meltzer and Michael Lamacraft were removed as liquidators and Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Richard Dale Agnew were appointed in their place.
