Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 18 September 2009 at 10.07am, pursuant to section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, it was resolved by an order
of the High Court (Auckland Registry) that WAIHEKE GLASS LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher Robert Ross Horton be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 29 October 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
