Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 15 September 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that KOURA MARA ORCHARDS LIMITED be liquidated and that Peter Morris Wood, chartered accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 15 September 2009.
