Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 21 September 2009, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that LAND PROFESSIONAL LIMITED be put into liquidation and that Dominic Zame, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 21 September 2009 at 10.00am.
