Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that OTAGO LADIES’ GOLF CLUB INCORPORATED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant
to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, on
18 August 2009 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 18 August 2009 at 6.00pm.
