Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that CONTINENTAL SEAFOODS KAIKOURA (2006) LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant
to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on
16 September 2009 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 16 September 2009 at 10.45am.
