Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of J & G MARSDEN LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders signed and dated on the
18th day of September 2009 at 4.20pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator advises that a declaration by the directors as to solvency dated the 18th day of September 2009 has been filed with the Registrar of Companies.
The liquidator fixes 12 October 2009, as the last day on or before which the creditors of J & G MARSDEN LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
