Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on 15 September 2009 at 4.30pm, it was resolved by special resolution of its shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that Gavin Richard O’Dea, chartered accountant of Hawera, be appointed liquidator.
