Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 15 January 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TAWN TRUSTEES LIMITED be liquidated and that Brent Thomas Dickins, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 15 January 2009 at 12.20pm.
