Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 20 January 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CARDIFF CONSTRUCTION LIMITED be liquidated and that William Gavin Hayes, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 20 January 2009.
