Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

On 9 September 2009 at 1.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MATOHA DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED
be liquidated and that James Gregory Eden and Christopher John Lynch, chartered accountants of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 9 September 2009.
