Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Gisborne dated
the 28th day of November 2008, John Richard Palairet, chartered accountant of Napier, was appointed as liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 28 November 2008 at 3.15pm, however the liquidator did not receive the Court order confirming his appointment until 22 January 2009.
