Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
On 4 September 2009, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TEETREE INVESTMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry White, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on Friday, 4 September 2009 at 6.00pm.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 16 October 2009.
