David Murray Blanchett, chartered accountant of Hamilton, and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of PASIFIKA MOTORS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 September 2009 at 11.04am.
We fix 30 October 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
