Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 September 2009 at 8.22pm, pursuant to section 241
of the Companies Act 1993, by special resolution of the shareholders, Christopher Robert Ross Horton was appointed liquidator of P&J MCKENZIE INVESTMENTS LIMITED.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 30 September 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
