Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy were appointed joint and several liquidators of COLLINGWOOD STREET APARTMENTS LIMITED and FRENROB 2005 LIMITED (both in liquidation) on 2 September 2009 at 11.30am in place of David Murray Blanchett and Vivian Judith Fatupaito.
The liquidations commenced on 18 May 2009 at 11.10am and 11.11am respectively by orders of the High Court.
