Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PARKSIDE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED by the creditors of the company, pursuant to section 239ABY(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 31 August 2009 at 3.30pm.
We fix 30 September 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
