Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Karen Betty Mason, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of LAMOS INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) and HAVEN GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) on 28 August 2009 at 3.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of LAMOS INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) and HAVEN GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) fix 30 September 2009, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
