On 25 August 2009 at 5.00pm, John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of TERRADEV LIMITED.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 1 October 2009, as the last day on which any creditors are to make their
claims and establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
