Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Colin McCloy and Maurice Noone, chartered accountants
of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by its creditors, pursuant to section 239ABA(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 26 August 2009 at 10.08am.
We fix 26 October 2009, as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
