Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 20 August 2009, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CLARFITZ LIMITED be entered into voluntary liquidation and that Anne Lynette Marett, chartered accountant, of Level 2, 161 Burnett Street, Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 21 August 2009 at 3.00pm.
